Wilbert Bailey

Mrs. Wilbert L. Bailey, 96 of Harrisburg passed peacefully on Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Colonial Park Care Center. Mother Bailey was the daughter of the late Turner and Mamie Harris and was reared in Moultrie, Georgia. She retired from the Commonwealth of PA, working in housekeeping for the House of Representatives. Mother Bailey was the Founder and Emeritus Senior Pastor of Faith Deliverance Church of Jesus Christ, she loved fellowshipping with the congregation, reading the Bible and cooking. Mother Bailey leaves her loving children; Pastor Louise Dunbar, Leroy (Deborah), Richard (Rosie) and Donald (Linda) Bailey, 2 Foster children Patsy Ceaser, Laverne Boulward, 19 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives, church family and friends.
