Virginia Middleton

"To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose" Virginia Middleton 96; passed peacefully on Friday, May 16, 2008 at Colonial Park Care Center. Virginia was a retiree of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the oldest member of the Order of Eastern Star Esther Chapter # 1, Heroines of Jericho, Daughter of Isis, and a Deaconess at Goodwin Memorial Baptist Church. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing and traveling. She leaves to celebrate her life and memory her devoted daughter Cynthia Williams of Secane, PA, a sister Mary Hyatt of Pittsburgh, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held in her honor at her church on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 10 a.m., viewing at 9:00 a.m. with interment at Paxtang Cemetery, in addition an evening viewing on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. with an Eastern Star Services to follow at 7:00 p.m.
