Tyron Jermaine Perrin, lovingly known to us as "Rizz," was born on September 21, 2005, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Jermaine Tyron Perrin and Mary M. James. Our beloved Tyron went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.
Tyron was scheduled to graduate just last week. His brother and father walked the stage for him, a bittersweet moment filled with pride and heartbreak. Oh, how Tyron loved his family, and we loved him right back.
Growing up, Tyron received his education from Susquehanna Township High School, where he shone brightly as a varsity football player on the offensive line. He was a hard worker, independent, and took pride in earning his own money. His first unofficial job was gaming, where his talent with computers and games earned him quite a following and even paychecks. When he turned 17, he worked at Giant Food Store, then Harvest Seasonal Grill Restaurant as a busboy, and finally, McDonald's as a server. He also celebrated a milestone in February when he obtained his driver's license.
But Tyron's passions didn't stop there. He loved to create and record music with his father. Tyron started a musical group when he was in elementary school, it was called "Young Legends". He enjoyed creating videos to go along with his music. Tyron loved to make everyone laugh, bringing joy and light wherever he went with his bright spirit and infectious smile. When Tyron was younger he enjoyed going to the library with his friends to be on the computer. He was a loving son, brother, cousin, and friend, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Tyron was a dedicated member of Jesus is the Word and Ministry (JWM) for the last four years, serving faithfully under the pastoral care and leadership of Pastor Anthony D. Lee. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he found strength and community within his church family.
Tyron's memory will forever be cherished by his loved ones, his mother, Mary, and his father Jermaine, including his four sisters, Jahmyla, Dior, Amilliyonnah, and Mi'yanna Perrin; his five brothers, James Myers, Jermaine Jr., Jeron, Tremaine, and Makari Perrin; his grandmother, Patricia Johnson, and grandfather, Bobby Lanier; cherished friend, Rosaney Ramsey and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Our hearts break with every tear, but we find solace in the joy and love Tyron brought into our lives. We will miss his laughter, his smile, and his kind spirit, but we know he is with the Lord, watching over us. Until we meet again, dear Tyron, we will carry your memory in our hearts, forever and always.
