Troy L. Crankfield

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ don't walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend." Troy L. Crankfield 44, of Harrisburg, PA made his transition on September 22, 2009 in Community General Hospital. He worked for Mobile Oil as a Store Manager, and in security for various events. Troy was a loving soul who enjoyed people, sports, playing cards, music and television. Missing him are his mother Kathryn Crankfield Burdett, his loving grandmother Betty Jean Crankfield with whom he resided for many years, his stepmother Roseanne Crankfield, brothers E.C. Jr, Jerome and Craig Crankfield, sisters Michelle, Danielle and Erika Crankfield as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father Edward C. Crankfield, maternal grandmother Ruth Nacarsie and sister Angela. Troy will truly loved and will be missed but never forgotten. Services for Troy will be held in the Hooper Memorial Home, Inc., Tuesday, September 29 at 11 a.m., with viewing at 10 a.m. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all the kindness shown to them during their bereavement.
