Tony Watlington

Tony A. Watlington 52, of Harrisburg passed peacefully on May 20, 2021. He is the son of Oscar Watlington and Deborrah Watlington.

He was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Youth Missionary, Youth Choir, Food Bank and helped serve in the kitchen.  Tony was a graduate of Harrisburg High School, were he played football and Thompson Institute. He worked as a Computer Specialist and was a Barber.

Tony was a bowler, loved music and was a DJ. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers and Philadelphia Eagles fan. Tony loved children and spending time with his nieces and nephew.

Along with his parents, he leaves to celebrate his life his sister Tomika Fenderson, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and a host of relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

No pain, no cough, no peeling skin, no eczema, no eye trouble.
Is your life yours?  You think you are in control; you are not in charge people.I did what I had to do, but I had a mother that would tell me no. “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. If you don’t like it, leave”. Well, try Jesus Christ for yourself, what I received is great. What about you? We are born to die, believe me! We are all family. Don’t worry be happy!
