"Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates" Theresa A. Campbell-Gonis, of Lower Paxton Township, passed peacefully at Community General, on Sunday, December 19, 2010. Theresa was the owner and operator of MOSAIC, Counseling Services it provided her many opportunities to reach those in our community who needed people - centered services. Her music, her art and her dancing was a part of who she was; she enjoyed life and was a social-butter fly extraordinaire. Theresa traveled extensively and performed internationally as Mia Savage in many countries such as South America, Mexico and the Caribbean. She obtained her Bachelors in Sociology and a Masters in Social Work as well as several credits towards a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is survived by her husband Joseph A. T. Gonis. Daughters Simone Jeanette, Lynnette Monique and A'yoka Alise, grandsons Matthew and Anthony, Son-in-law Elick and a large number of friends and clients whose lives she touched, who made her their confidant, giving their life direction and understanding. Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc., 3532 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA. The family is appreciative of your support and kindness during their time of bereavement.
