Tanya M. Burgess

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ don't walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend." On Saturday February 20, 2010, Tanya M. Burgess 54 of Maclay Street passed from the loving embrace of her family into the loving gentle arms of God. She was a member of the Wesley Union AME Zion Church and leaves to mourn her devoted Uncle and Aunt Lloyd and Esther Williams, two children Chanel Burgess and Binta (Jerome) Williams; three sisters Kelly Molston, Betty and Edith Chambers and her brother Thorin Burgess; four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be Friday February 26 at 11AM in the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. with viewing at 10. Her final resting place will be in Paxtang Cemetery. The family wishes to thank you all for your prayers and condolences.
