Sidney Crosson

"You can shed tears that he is gone, or you can smile because he has lived." Sidney Crosson Jr. of Harrisburg passed peacefully in the Court Yard Gardens May 22, 2011 at the age of 67. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and a Purple Recipient, supervisor for the US Postal Service and member of the Monumental A.M.E. Church in Steelton, PA. He loved golfing, cooking and teaching young children. Missing him but letting him go is his devoted wife Michelle, five children; Rodney, Kito and Ellis Crosson with Tosha Crosson-Kyle and Melissa Johnson; siblings Matthew Sr., Charles Sr. and Thomas Crosson Sr., with Mary J. Ramsey, Sarah L. Tilman and Rosa Lee Crosson-McCormick; nine grand with one great-grandchild and a host of relatives and friends. Arrangements for the Memorial services will be conducted by Hooper Memorial Home at his Church, Second and Adams Streets, Steelton, PA Tuesday May 31, 2011 at 11AM.
