Shaquai L. Chisholm

Shaquai L. Chisholm, 31, of Harrisburg, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital after years of health complications. She was born on June 29, 1993, in Washington D.C., to James S. Hairston Jr. of Harrisburg and Novella T. Chisholm of Maryland.

Shaquai graduated from J. P. McCaskey High School in Lancaster and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. One of the highlights of her life was taking pictures and listening to music.

She is preceded by her brother Antwone D. Chisholm. Shaquai will be deeply missed by her devoted father, James S. Hairston Jr.; her mother, Novella T. Chisholm; her step-mother, Marla Milstead; her siblings, Tynaisha L. Johnson, James S. Hairston III, and Jalea`Irene Hairston; her step-siblings, Payton Milstead, Jaylon McQuietor, and Jayden Vazquez; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
