Setsu Russell

It is with great sadness that the family of Setsu Russell announces her passing on November 29, 2021. She was born on June 5, 1941, in Miyako-Jima, Okinawa, and previously resided in Wellsboro and New Cumberland, PA.

Setsu will be lovingly remembered by four children -- Robert L. Russell, Jr. (Lori); June M. Perry (Ken); Stephen K. Russell; and James H. Russell; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.

She had a tremendous love and passion for her family and friends. Setsu was an incredible chef for over 30 years receiving many accolades and honors for her innovative cooking skills and talents.

She was preceded in death by long time companion George Ellis also from Wellsboro, PA
