Rose E. Dearing

Rose E. (Thompson) Dearing, wife of the late Wilbur A. Dearing Jr. entered into eternal rest at Holy Spirit Hospital on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at the age of 90 years. She was born to the late Clarence E. Thompson and Anita (Coleman) Thompson on April 8, 1929.

Rose was educated in the Middletown and Harrisburg School Districts. Rose retired from the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Trust Funds/Taxes and Central Files. She was a loyal member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Parrish.

Along with her parents she was preceded by her 4 brothers; Donald, LaVerne, Elwood and Clarence Jr., Thompson and by her 3 sisters; Naomi Humes, Bette Vest and Anita Knight. She leaves to cherish her memory, 1 sister, June Diggs of Harrisburg, Pa., her son Karmen (Michelle) Dearing, her daughter Darlene A. (Jason) Ramsey, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially her loving granddaughter Dominique and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
