You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. Roland L. Baltimore Sr., 87 of State Street, passed peacefully in the Golden Living Nursing Home in Gettysburg, PA, Saturday March 24, 2012. He was a retired employee of the Federal and Pa State Governments; a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflicts with two purple hearts, a member of the American Legion Post 733 and he loved playing billiards. Roland will be mourned by his devoted wife Stellita, three children Roland Jr., Linda Cobb and Donna Baltimore; one sister Margaret B. Summers of Front Royal VA.; three brothers Alan and Goldie Baltimore of Front Royal, VA., Lloyd Baltimore of Bentonville, VA, a host of family members including grandchildren nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will be conducted by the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Monday April 2, 2012 at 10AM.
