Roberta M. Phoenix, 70 of South 25^th Street passed peacefully with love ones by her side Wednesday July 13, 2011. Roberta was an Administrative Assistant for the Pennsylvania State Parole Board and member of the Kingdom Embassy Church and Hospitality Ministry, Her favorite pastime was gardening.

Missing her but letting her go are her devoted children Robin and William "Billy" Hall III, six siblings Maryellen Manning, Joyce Fisher, Beverly and Lois Lee, James H. Smith Jr and Richard Smith with six grand and seven great-grandchildren with a host of relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held in the Hooper Memorial Home at 11AM Monday with interment at William Howard Day Cemetery
