Robert Lloyd Wright

There is no greater love than the love of those who sacrifice their personal happiness for the benefit of those whom they really love Robert Lloyd Wright died 7 May, 2008. He was born on 6 January 1940 in Harrisburg, PA. He was fourth in the birth order of the children born to his deceased parents, Ralph and Mathelder T. Wright. He was married to Chellie M. (Durr) Wright in July 1960. Mr. Wright had a total of 35 years of combined Federal Government Service. He retired (early) at the age of 53 from the Staff and Faculty of the US Army War College. He served four years, two months and two days on active duty with the United States Air Force. Mr. Wright was educated while attending Hygenic Elementary school and Steelton high school located in Steelton, PA. Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, five daughtersa€"Eileen Wright, Teresa A. Barnes, Shirley A. Riley, Dana Y. Segal and Judith K. Littleton; four sons-in-law, Reginald Barnes, Sr., Jason Riley, Jeffrey Segal and Jason Littleton; twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Mr. Wright had four brothersa€"Ralph Orville (deceased), Alton, Kenneth and Hamilton; nine sistersa€"Juanita, Evon, Landonia, Maxine (deceased) Lucille, Althea, Inez (deceased), Eleanor and Dianne. In addition, he had a number of aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces as well as other relatives and friends. Mr Wright's viewing will be in the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. Monday May 12, 2008 from 10 to 12 noon. His interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
