Robert Ollison, 67 of York Haven, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully on November 19, 2021. He was the son of the late Everlena Hill and Robert Lee Ollison in Mesic, North Carolina. Robert educated in the Pamlico High School System in Bayboro, North Carolina.
Robert was a faithful and dedicated member of the Mount Calvary Church of God in Christ. He served as a Deacon, was faithful in attending Sunday School, and was also a substitute Sunday School Teacher. Robert and was very knowledgeable regarding the word of God.
He retired from New Cumberland Army Depot as a material handler. Robert served honorably in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, enjoyed traveling and baking.
He married Tanya Benson and their family was blessed with 6 children.
Along with his parents he is preceded by siblings; Neva Fenderson and Carlene White. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Tanya Ollison, children; Shawn Ollison Sr. (Stephanie), Robert A. Ollison Jr.(Katrina), Tamara Ollison, Chelsea Williams (Milak), DeRyan George, DeAsiah George, siblings; Marvin Ollison (Cecelia), Melvin Ollison, Lillian Clark (David), Jerlvine Collins (Jeff), Evelyn Langley (Tony), Sherry Ollison, Takitta Barber (TJ), Martha Ollison, sister Alyce (Dewitt), brother Carl Midgette, aunts; Novella Wooten, Gladys Hill, uncles; Joe Hill, Maurice Hill, 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
