Robert Thomas Foster

Robert Thomas Foster passed peacefully on Sunday, February 20^th, 2022 at UPMC Community General Hospital. He was born on October 20^th, 1985 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and is the son of Irving T. Foster and Lisa (Harclerode) Alridge.

Robert was better known as Rob or “Infamous or Y2R” if you were to ask him. A graduate of Dauphin County Vo-Technical School. He grew up a fun loving, mischievous child. Loved playing basketball and riding bikes with friends in his younger years. He was also selected in his senior year of high school to travel abroad, visiting Paris, Provence and Spain.

Rob was a Christian and baptized at The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church. He developed into an upstanding young man, role model and extremely loving father, who cared deeply for his family and friends. He left an impact on the lives he encountered, whether at work or just in his day today interactions. Rob was employed at Hollywood Casino as a Senior Security Officer for over 10 years.

Rob enjoyed his gaming, including “Magic: The Gathering” and “Pokémon” at the Adventures Guild. He enjoyed sports, he was a fan of Patrick Willis and his favorite team the 49er’s. Rob’s goofy personality brought joy and laughter to many. His presence cast a special light that will surely be missed.

Robert leaves to celebrate his memory his parents; Irving T. Foster, Lisa and Boyd Alridge, his children; Savion T. Foster and Lillyanna J. Foster, siblings; Terrell Foster, Cyntell, Marcella, and Jermaine Alridge and Jose Santana, his grandmother, Beverly Harclerode, his partner Brandy Winters, his uncles Tyrone Williams and Sheldon Foster and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends.

Social distancing and wearing of mask are always required, even if fully vaccinated.
