Robert L. Bagley Sr

Robert L. Bagley, Sr., 84 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Blue Ridge Haven East. Robert was the son of the late Robert and Lannie Bagley, reared in Dendron, VA and he graduated from the Keesher School of Technology in Bijoux, MS.  Robert retired from the PA Liquor Control Board with over 25 years of dedicated service. He was a veteran of the US Navy and the US Air Force.  Robert was a member of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Harrisburg and First Baptist Church of Dendron, VA.  He was also a member of Chosen Friends Lodge 43 F&AM, a 32A° degree Mason, a member of Nimrod Consistory No. 9 PHA, and the American Legion Post # 733. He leaves to celebrates his life his devoted wife of 64 years, Edna L. Bagley, a son, Robert Lewis of CA, 6 grandsons, 6 granddaughters, 2 step-granddaughters, several nieces and nephews, and host of additional relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday,  March 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m. and burial in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The family is appreciative of your many acts of love and kindness.
