R. L. Frazier R.L. Frazier, AKA Charmes passed at Harrisburg Hospital at age 79 on July 18th. His life will be celebrated at Hooper Memorial Home on Tuesday, July 25th at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m. and burial at Paxtang Cemetery. He leaves to mourn his three children, Kenneth, Sharon and Tony Frazier. Brothers Willie and Charley Frazier with Sister Pauline F. Baxter, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and a host of relatives and friends. The Frazier family thanks you for your support and kindness.
