Ransford Segu-Baffoe

Ransford Segu-Baffoe, 38 of Harrisburg passed suddenly on August 2, 2013. He was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Coalition Against Rape as a web designer, and a member of the Friendship Center. He is survived by his parents Michael Segu-Baffoe and Alberta Fumey, and stepfather William Norteye; daughter Sanaire Segu-Baffoe;siblings Nelson, Jacob and Rufina Megbaje, Kweku and Kwamena Segu-Baffoe. Services for Mr. Segu-Baffoe will be held at the convience of the family.
