Phillip E. Williams 68; passed peacefully in Harrisburg Hospital on Saturday, May 3 2008. He was predeceased by both his parents Clarence Williams and Lucy Williams Baltimore and a daughter, Allyson Williams. Phillip retired as a Police Officer from the City of Pittsburgh after 20 years of dedicated service; he had memberships with Prince Hall Mason and American Legion Post 736 in Pittsburgh, Ephraim Slaughter American Legion Post 733; Steward of the former Edgemont Fireman's Club, member of the Edgemont Volunteer Fireman's Association and the Fraternal Order of Police. He will leave to mourn his passing five daughters, Tanya Akra, Karen Morris-Priester, Sharon Williams, Anita Hall and Phyllis White, a brother, Clarence Williams, 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m., and internment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. The family greatly appreciates your love and kindness during their time of bereavement. In lieu of flowers send donations to the Ephraim Slaughter American Legion Post 733 Building Fund, P.O.
