Pearlie M. Lampley

Pearlie Mae Latimer McMillian Lampley, 85, was born July 26, 1937, in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Pearlie Mae was one of two children born from the marriage of Emit Sr and Algia Latimer.

She was predeceased by her parents, Emit Sr and Algia Latimer, her husband, Alexander McMillian, grandparents Eula Gavin and Eck Gavin, and a sister Eddie Mae McDonald. In addition to three stepdaughters, Louise, Blondie, and Ruby Jean McMillian.

Pearlie loved people and would talk to anyone she walked by or met while out shopping. She also loved gardening, cooking, and playing cards.

Pearlie is survived by her children; Mary Nell Davenport (Mark) of Harrisburg, Lenara Porter (Anthony) of Lancaster, Grace Lampley of Highspire, Gloria Lampley of Pittsburg, Kent Lampley (Margo), Kim Lampley (Lanie), and Alex Lampley (Keisha) all of Harrisburg. Also, a brother Emit Latimer Jr (Jean) of Richmond, California, a nephew Stacey Latimer, great niece, and great nephew, two stepchildren James McMillian (Kim) and Hattie McMillian of Harrisburg and a goddaughter Judith Allen of Harrisburg.

Pearlie Mae also had a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, a host of step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and step great- great-grandchildren, and additional family members and friends.

Services are at the discretion of the family.
