Patricia A. Burnett

Patricia A. Burnett, 69 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 29, 2014. She was the daughter of the late William and Inez Spears and predeceased by two siblings, Elizabeth and William Spears, Jr. Patricia retired from Hershey Foods, had worked for American Can Company in Lemoyne and Harrisburg School District. She was a member of New Anointed Christian Fellowship Ministries and sang in the Choir. She enjoyed jazz, gardening, animals and especially horses. Patricia leaves to celebrate her memory her two children, Larry D. Dawson of FL, Takia S. Dawson of Harrisburg, a sister Sheila Smith and granddaughter Mateya Dawson, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and husband Gary Burnett. Services will be on Saturday, February 1, 2014, Hooper Memorial Home at 11:00 a.m., viewing 10 a.m., burial to follow in East Harrisburg Cemetery.
