Odella W. Curtis

Odella W. Curtis, 83 and formerly of Steelton passed peacefully on Sunday, September 29, 2013 in Golden Living Center, Camp Hill. Odella was predeceased by her husband Ralph E. Curtis of 45 years and together they owned and operated Curtis Electronics in Steelton, PA. Odella work at Harrisburg Hospital and served as President of the Employees Credit Union. She was a member of the Coast Guard and Lion's Auxiliaries and served at the Helen Krause animal shelter in Dillsburg and York, PA. She leaves to celebrate her life and memory; a sister Anna Hooper of South Africa, a brother William McClenton of California, several nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m. and burial at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
