Nancy W. Washington

Nancy W. Washington, 93 of 120 Holly Hills Dr., passed peacefully July 13th, 2007 in the Golden Living Center. Nancy was retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in her spare time loved reading and sharing the word of God, crocheting and the culinary arts. Amongst many who will mourn her will be her devoted daughters, Vinona Daniels (William) and Charlotte Washington, six grandchildren; including Valerie Pittman (Charles), Vicki and Nancee Daniels, seven great-grandchildren, 3 sister-in-laws, and a host of other relatives and friends. Services for Nancy will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 18th in The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church with viewing at 10:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank all of you for your many acts of kindness during their bereavement. Mrs. Washington's arrangements will be cared for and handled by Hooper Memorial Home, Inc.
