Michael E. Rogers

Michael E. Rogers, 73 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on December 12, 2020 at his home.  He was born on March 6, 1947 in the city of Philadelphia, to the late Joseph Rogers and Ruth Peake. 

Michael was the proud owner of MER Remodeling for more than thirty years. He loved working with his hands, and enjoyed the comforts of jazz and Motown music. Michael was always dressed to impress and was sharp from head to toe. He enjoyed trips to the beach and frequently visited the Baltimore Harbor area. Michael had a generous spirit, he was always extending his hand to help others in need.

Michael is survived by his devoted companion, Sharon King of Harrisburg, PA; daughter, Tierney Stanley of Philadelphia, PA; and six siblings, Carol Peake, Shirlyelaine Gray, Thelma Peake, Lucille Peake-Walker, William Peake and Samuel Peake

He was also preceded in death by his son Norman Clarke and his two siblings, Joseph Rogers, and Ruth Peake.
