Mary K. Johnson

Mary K. Johnson passed peacefully August 16th at home among family in her 68th year. She was the daughter of Mary Cooney and the late Cloyd Cooney. Mary was employed at Spring Creek Nursing Home for several years and enjoyed the love of family. A tribute to her life will be held at St. Francis of Assisi on Monday, August 21 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m. with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery. Celebrating her life and memory is her husband, William Johnson, her mother Mary Cooney, 6 children, Karen Johnson, Robyn Bailey, Steve Johnson of Harrisburg, Bruce Johnson of New Jersey, Christopher and Alicia Johnson both of Harrisburg, 3 siblings, Rachel Hendricks of Summerdale, Lois Schubert of Camp Hill and Dr. Joseph Cooney of Alabama, 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, extended family, Leta, Leslie and Tonya Warner and a host of family and friends. Mary was also predeceased by a son, Michael "Tank" Johnson, 2 sisters, Deborah and Ruth Cooney, two grandchildren, Steven Johnson II and Jordan Johnson.
