Marvin (Bo) Palmer was born August 5th, 1962, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Marvin Palmer Jr. and Virginia Palmer. He received his formal education in the Harrisburg School District. Marvin was a lifelong entrepreneur mainly known for his Tiger-Tough Auto that serviced the Pennsylvania and Ohio areas.
He was a man who loved life and lived it to the fullest. He always said, "Party Like A Rockstar," while listening to his favorite musician, Aaron Neville. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and spent his days fixing bikes for neighborhood children and feeding people experiencing homelessness. Many will miss Bo, and we will continue to cherish the memories he left behind.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Tressa Evans, Kelly Brickus, and Nicole Waters. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carol; his parents, Marvin Palmer, Jr. (Donna) & Virginia Palmer; children, Marvin IV, Thomas, Angila, Elgin, and Austin; five brothers, Zachary D. Jackson (Marcia), Jonathan Palmer (Krystal), Kyle Palmer (Kashe), Mike and Steve Herron; two sisters, Helen Palmer and Mia Palmer-Baltimore and a host of grandchildren, family and friends.
