Martinel "Skip" Hill

Martinel “Skip” Hill, 59 passed away on March 10, 2022, in Harrisburg Hospital. By his side was his devoted companion of seven years, Towanda Speed along with two family members.

Martinel was born on March 30, 1962, in Wilmington, DE. Martinel was preceded in death by his mother Mary Magdalene Hill, brother Mickey Hill and sister Jina Hill.

Martinel is survived by his daughter Monyae E. Hill; his father Charles E. Hill; his brother Charles L. Hill; two sisters Ranee Lacoste-Butts and Brenda Williams; as well as his two grandsons; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Martinel “Skip” Hill attended Lancaster County schools. He worked in the construction field for over 40 years. Skip was truly gifted with his hands restoring homes and electronics.

Skip loved mentoring the youth by teaching them how to build and construct homes. He also loved animals. Family and friends will deeply miss Martinel “Skip” Hill.
