Mario E. Baylor

"There is a place; I have been told, beyond an open gate... " Mario E. Baylor, 62, of Susquehanna Twp., passed peacefully at home on Friday, February 11, 2011 with his family at his side. Mario worked for the US Postal Service and was a United States Marine Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War. He was the son of the late Lewis and Ruth Baylor, a member of Bethel AME Church and an avid sport enthusiastic. He leaves to celebrate his life and memory his children, Marcella Gann, Mario Baylor Jr., both of Middletown and Dionne Baylor of Steelton, siblings, Richard Fairfax, Emily Hawkins of Harrisburg, Toni Baylor-Ayewoh of Mansfield and Ernest Baylor of Harrisburg, 4 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., viewing at 10:00 a.m. with burial at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
