Marie F. Burton

"Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow ~ don't walk behind me, I may not lead ~ Just walk beside me and be my friend." Ms. Marie F. Burton, 54, of Forest Hills passed peacefully at home on Sunday, December 21, 2008 with her family at her side. Marie was a retired manager from the Department of Labor & Industry and was a fifty year member of Capital Presbyterian Church. She also enjoyed baking, crocheting, pets and traveling to Atlantic City. Marie was predeceased by her mother Althenia A. Burton and will be sadly missed by her devoted father William L. Burton, her sister Patricia A. Wright and brother Walter L. Burton and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 11AM in her church, 1401 Cumberland Street, Harrisburg with a viewing at 10AM. Her interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
