Marcella E. Holmes

Marcella E. Holmes, 82 of Harrisburg passed peacefully August 1, 2010 at Spring Creek Nursing Home. She was an Executive Secretary for Mechanicsburg Navel Depot and a member of the Church of God and Saints of Christ, 7th Tabernacle. Marcella is survived by her husband Joseph, children; Carmella Durden, Joseph D. Holmes and Terrence Taylor, 11 grand and 2 great-grandchildren with a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., viewing at 1:00 p.m. and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her church at 1500 N. 5th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102
