Malachi I. "Tarzan" John

Malachi I. John, 14 of Harrisburg and lovingly known as “Tarzan” passed from his injuries on Sunday, November 7, 2021. Malachi was the son of Robert C. John and Ruby Martinez John. He attended Harrisburg City Schools and was fondly known by his teachers as being bright, witty and a kind student.

Tarzan had a beautify smile and that could light up any room. He was well liked and well loved by his friends. He enjoyed music, he was quite a jokester, yet he was very independent, self sufficient and had significant survival skills. Malachi enjoyed comedy shows and sitcoms, one of his favorites was the “Golden Girls.”

Malachi will be sadly missed by his parents; his grandparents, his siblings; David Martinez, Tyler Vides` Narvaez, Alexander Martinez, Andre Johnson and Charlie John, in addition to his extended family and friends. Services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. at 11 a.m., 10 a.m. viewing, burial held privately.
