Lula Bethel

Lula (Lue) Bethel, 80 of Harrisburg, passed November 17, 2016. She was predeceased by her parents Louis Carter, Bettie Martin and husband, David “Rudy” Bethel. Lue retired from the Department of Welfare and was a member of Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Golden Years Ministry and Choir. She is survived by her daughter; Michelle Bethel and stepchildren, Waverly Dixon (Karl), David Bethel Jr., Sharon Bethel, goddaughter, Desiree DeFoor, grandchildren, sisters; Edna Bagley and Virginia Mosley a host of relatives and friends.
