Lucinda Potter

Lucinda “Cookie” C. Potter, 67, of Harrisburg, passed Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Hershey Medical Center. Lucinda was predeceased by her parents: Milton H. Banks and Mary E. Plant, her husband Arthur E. Potter and brother David P. Plant Sr. She retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an Executive Secretary with over 25 years of service and was a devoted member of Shiloh Church of God in Christ. She leaves to mourn her children; Raheem and Khadijah Potter, siblings; Ruth and Joseph Plant aka Yusef Salahuddin, 6 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
