In loving memory of Lowell M. Johnson, son of the late Milford Johnson and Geneva Troy Johnson Manfield was born on May 29, 1939, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Lowell was educated in the Harrisburg School System, William Penn and after school he entered the United State Army. Once returning home, “Mokey” as he was called by his family and friends, held several factory jobs, the last being Hershey Foods. After retiring he would work several part-time jobs. He also enjoyed playing chess and anything that had to do with physical fitness.
On November 25, 2023, Mokey transitioned from this life at his brother’s home. Mokey is the youngest of five children and is predeceased by his brother Milford Johnson and sister Barbara Johnson Zanders. Lowell is survived by his brother George Johnson, sister Geneva Johnson, four daughters; Kimberly Johnson of Harrisburg, Marian Johnson of Delaware, April Johnson also of Harrisburg and Jeannine Booker of Ohio, 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
