Linda T. Polk

"Then you must not grieve so sorely, For I love you dearly still; Try to Look beyond earth's shadows, Pray to trust our Father's Will." Linda T. Polk, 56 of Swatara Street passed at home Friday July 24th, 2009 with family and friends by her side. Linda was a tax consultant for H & R Block and former employee of the PA State government. She was a member of the Tree of Life Apostolic Church, assistant Pastor, Sunday school teacher, treasurer and she loved aerobics and eldercare. Linda leaves to mourn her beloved husband Elvin, three children Terence Tucker, Lawrence and Aundraa Polk, five siblings Patsy Price, Jean Baltimore, Larry, James and Shellie Tucker; three grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be held Thursday in the Christ Gospel Temple, 1310 North 24th St., Edgemont, Thursday July 30th at 11AM with viewing at 10. Her final resting place will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
