Linda D. Morris

Linda D. Morris, 59 of Harrisburg, passed on Monday, August 27^th under Hospice care. She was predeceased by her father, Otis S. Morris, 3 siblings; Odessa Shockley, Terry L. and Richard Brown. Linda graduated from Harrisburg High School, attended HACC's Liberal Arts Program and Southwest Community College in Los Angeles. She leaves to celebrate her life and memory; her mother Sarah Brown-Cypress and stepfather Lindberg Cypress, brothers Leonard Brown and Larry Morris, sisters: Patricha Morris Penn (Jerry Penn) all of Harrisburg, Pearl Morris Adams and Sarah L Brown both of San Diego, CA; two goddaughters, Gina Smith, PA and Rae Harris, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Her family and friends would describe her as dedicated to helping others and committed to bettering her community. We love you Linda and you will truly be missed. Memorial Services will be held in St. John CME Church, 174 N. 15^th Street, Harrisburg on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 12 Noon. Hooper Funeral Home, Inc. is caring for Ms. Morris.
