Lillie Davis

Lillie Davis, 91 of Harrisburg passed peacefully on Friday August 9, 2013. She was born in Clark County, AL to the late Johnny and Rosa Williams. She was a member of The Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church for 60 years where she served on the Senior Usher Board. Lillie was a home healthcare provider and beautician, a member of the Beautician's Guild, loved horticulture and quilting. Along with her parents she was preceded by 4 siblings; Annie Mae, Artherine, Jacob and Isiah Williams. She leaves to celebrate her life, son Joe Davis; 6 grandchildren, Joel, Barrie, Geoffrey, Jonathan and Philip Davis and Samantha Kelly; 4 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Joanne Torma and host of relatives and friends. Services will be held at her church 212 N. Progress Ave, on Friday August 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., viewing at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in William Howard Day Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Senior Usher Board of her church.
