Lewis K. Webster, 65 of Harrisburg, passed suddenly on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Lewis was the son of the late James and Thelma Webster and was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was a faithful member and Deacon at Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church, serving as the Young Adult Ministry Director, Church Photographer, VBS Instructor and Secretary of the Men’s Ministry.
Lewis retired from Milton Hershey School as the Executive Director of Student Life Leadership, he was also a committed teacher, SGA Advisor, dedicated coach in basketball, football and track. He was affectionately known to his students as Coach Web and he gave 35 years of devoted service. Lewis had a caring nature, a steadfastness and a strong commitment to his family, to his students and to his friends.
He leaves behind his devoted wife Eula R. Webster, his daughter Joi L. Bennett and her husband Adam S. Bennett, 3 grandchildren; Jazmine, Adam Jr. and Austin Bennett, 5 siblings James Webster, Rene Webster (Jackie), Beverly Williamson (Jerry), Toni Scott and Traci Webster and predeceased by a brother Blaine Webster. Lewis also leaves a host of relatives, students, colleagues and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to his church SRMBC.
