Kaylynn N. Selvey

Kaylynn N. Selvey, 32 of New Cumberland, passed suddenly on February 4, 2021. She is the daughter of Kelly Myers and Kevin Porter Sr and was reared in Oberlin. Kaylynn was a graduated of CD East HS and a member of True House of Power Church. She was a go getter and believed in female empowerment, entrepreneurship and was the owner of Nani Pot Steam LLC. Motherhood was a true highlight for her, she affectionately called her daughter “Buttacup."  Kaylynn leaves her parents, Kelly and Kevin, her daughter Kaymarie Selvey-Hope, siblings; Kirstin Breedon (Jonathan), Destiny Selvey, La’Keesha Porter (Rendon), Joshalyn Jackson (Terrance), Kevin Porter (Raquel) and a host of relatives and friends. Services to be held at Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesday, Feb 16th at 11 a.m., visitation at 10:00 a.m. Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. is handling arrangements. www.hooperfuneral.com
