Kathy M. Morris

Kathy Michelle Morris, 47, mother, daughter, sister, and friend was
called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday August 23, 2017. Kathy was born on December 18, 1969 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania daughter of Willie F. Morris and the late Judy Kay Morris. Kathy was a 1988 graduate of John Harris High School.
Kathy was very enthusiastic about education and learning. After high
school Kathy pursued a career in Cosmetology and graduated from Empire Beauty School. Kathy excelled in a career in restaurant management before eventually retiring from the Liquor Control Board, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Kathy was very funny and outgoing. She was passionate about her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved watching crime shows on television and enjoyed getting her hair and nails done and shopping. Kathy was selfless. She always made sure those around her were taken care of and would offer her last to anyone who needed it.
Kathy leaves to celebrate her life two beloved sons, Maurice and Marcel
Childs; three beloved daughters, Whitney Moffitt, Shawna and Danielle
Everson; nine loving grandchildren; one sister, Vanessa Young; and three brothers, Gregory and Frank Morris, and Jemar Coles, Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
