Julia Mae Brown

"You can shed tears that she has gone, or you can smile because she has lived. On Thursday October 14th , 2010 Julia Mae Brown, 92 of Penn Street, passed from the loving embrace of family and friends into the loving arms of God. Julia loved her family, wrestling, cooking and growing cotton. Missing Julia are her devoted daughter Iscilda Glover, siblings Calethia Powell Otelia and John Ervin with seven grand and nine great-grandchildren with a host of relatives and friends. Services will be Tuesday October 19th, at 11AM with viewing at Ten in the Wesley A.M.E. Church. Her interment will be at the convenience of the family.
