Joe L. Fletcher

Joe L. Fletcher, 76 of Harrisburg, passed peacefully on Friday, February 24, 2017 at home with family by his side. Joe was the son of the late Andrew and Iva Fletcher and born in Shenandoah, Virginia. Joel served many years in the field of education and retired from Paramount California University as a Professor. He also enjoyed traveling, spending many years in Canada and Paris and was a known Author. He leaves numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends and will be remembered privately by his family.
