Janet A. Gibson

Janet A. Gibson, 77 of Harrisburg, was born on March 8, 1943 and passed on Friday, December 18, 2020.  She was the daughter of the late James Gibson Sr. and Rosetta (Wise) Gibson.  In addition to her parents Janet was also predeceased by her daughter Debbie F. Gibson; her brothers William “Skip” and Ronald “Barney” Wise Sr. 

Janet was employed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and retired with over 35 years of dedicated service from the Harrisburg State Hospital.   She enjoyed reading, gardening, crosswords puzzles, playing cards, bingo and spending time with her sister, children and nieces and nephews.  Janet was known for her delicious Potato Salad it was always requested at family gatherings.

Janet leaves to celebrate her life and memory her sons; Eric and Jay Gibson, her sister Rozanna Stewart and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

All COVID-19 restrictions will be in place, social distancing and mask wearing are required.
