James E. Snipes Sr

Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave and impossible to forget James E. Snipes Sr. 41 of Vernon Street, passed tragically and suddenly Saturday October 9th, 2010. James was an affable person who had the gift of always lifting your spirits even when you were feeling low. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys and he loved working with his hands. James leaves to mourn his beloved mother Faye Snipes, Shaniqua. James Jr., and Jameca Snipes, with siblings Angela A. Snipes and Willie Darren Snipes, two grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Missing him but also letting him go is his devoted companion Robin Porter. Services will be held in the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. Monday October 18, at 11am with viewing at 10. His final resting place will be at the convenience of the family.
