Helen L. Cook

Helen L. Cook, 83 of Harrisburg, passed Sunday, February 8, 2015 in Colonial Park Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Mancy and Martha Cook, born in Markham, Virginia. Helen was a member of Goodwin Memorial Baptist Church, served on the Usher Board, Mass Choir and participated in Bible Studies. She enjoyed music, the news, movies and game shows. She was preceded in death by two children William and Betty Cook and step-daughter Loretta Bingham. Helen is survived by her children; Barbara (Leonard) Chambers, Charles (Wanda) and Robert Cook of Harrisburg, Shirley Cook of Enola, step-children Gloria and William Bingham of Virginia, a brother Mancy (Ernestine) Cook of Virginia, several grand and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
