Gloria A. Parker McArthur

Gloria Ann Parker McArthur, 71 of Boas Street, passed peacefully on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in Harrisburg Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Jasper B. and Edna Tennant Parker. Gloria retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation after 35 years of dedicated service.  She was member of First Zion Baptist Church, the Ladies Auxiliary, Pastor’s Aid, a former Choir and Usher Board member enjoyed knitting, cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Gloria leaves to mourn two children Lynn and Lance McArthur; three sisters Lindabeth E. Parker, Mary Ruth Parker and Vanessa L. Parker and a grandchild Tyrell L. Roberts.
