Freddie Allen Blackwell

Freddie Allen Blackwell, 51 of Locust Lane, passed suddenly in Harrisburg Hospital August 25th. He was an Army veteran and member of the St. Paul's Missionary Baptist Church. He loved sports, art and collecting coins and stamps. His mother Ora Bell Blackwell will mourn him along with his siblings Ora Lee and Rita Blackwell, Dorothy King, Norman and John Murry and Robert Lee Jr. and Kenneth C. Blackwell with a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held in his church Friday August 31st at 10AM with viewing at 9. His final resting place will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. On behalf of the family the Hooper Memorial Home wants to thank all of you for your many acts of kindness.
