Frank H. Grant

"When I come to the end of my journey and traveled my last weary mile."  

 Frank H. Grant Sr., 83, of Harrisburg, passed peacefully at home on Sunday, January 2, 2011. Frank was a member of Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church, the choir and enjoyed cooking and working with his hands. He retired from Roadway Trucking Co. as a tractor trailer diesel mechanic. Frank leaves to celebrate his life and memory his devoted wife, Elfreida E. Grant, his children; Linda Grant, Joycelyn (David) Selvey, all of Harrisburg, Frank (Meiko) Grant Jr., of Pittsburgh and Adaline Grant also of Harrisburg, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at his church, 1701 State Street, Harrisburg at 1:00 p.m., viewing at 12:00 Noon and burial in St. Lucy Perish Church Cemetery, Barbados, West Indies. The family is appreciative of your support and kindness during their time of bereavement, Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. is caring for and handling Mr. Grant's arrangements.
