Frank James Duncan, 91 passed peacefully at home Wednesday, May 17th surrounded by family and friends. Mr. Duncan retired from Mechanicsburg Navel Depot with 34 years of service. He was a WWII Veteran and member of the Church of God & Saints of Christ, he was also a Deacon, Trustee, Superintendent of the Sabbath School and Choir member. His life will be celebrated by his wife Viola, 6 children, Shirley Duncan, Nehemiah Lewis, John and David Jones, Pamela Hurtt, and Michael Jones, 3 step-children, Grace Brunson, Marian Richardson and Allen Ray Brunson, eighteen grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren and a host relatives and friends. His celebration will be Sunday, May 21st at 12 noon with viewing at 11 in the Hooper Memorial Home, Inc. Interment at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
